Founded in 1999 in Hyderabad, Josh Innovations Educational Consultants is a visionary organization dedicated to assisting and guiding students in their pursuit of higher education. With a strong commitment and passion for creating awareness about various courses, colleges, and career opportunities, we have been at the forefront of the industry for over 18 years.
Our distinguished service of pre-counseling IIT-JEE/EAMCET/ICET students during the admission process has earned recognition from prominent individuals, as well as esteemed academicians, vice-chancellors, and state ministers. We take pride in supporting government initiatives for welfare schemes and enhancing academic quality, reflecting our dedication to transforming education.
With the collaboration of SERP, DRDA, and GURUKULAM, we have organized academic camps and career guidance programs across 13 districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, aiming to create awareness among rural SC/ST students. Our services have positively impacted over 200,000 students to date.

An eminent professional and educationist Sri. L. Venugopal Reddy gained a prominent position in a short span of time due to his exemplary work he has been doing in his career. He achieved this all because of his strong will power, vision, calibre, dedication and leadership qualities.
Sri L. Venugopal Reddy comes from a humble family background of Doctors, son of Dr. Krishna Reddy of Podalakur, a village in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.
Born on 14th Jan 1980, Sri L. Venugopal Reddy comes from a humble family background of Doctors, son of Dr. Krishna Reddy of Podalakur, a village in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.
He is of the view that the young generation in the present scenario should be educated for which the teachers must be regularly updated, trained, and motivated. Only then there is a possibility to convert the young generation into responsible citizens and self-reliable youth of the country.
He wishes to modernize and revitalize the existing education system that had lost its vigour and become rusted over time and so wants to establish a University in Nellore District. His long term goal is to become Chancellor in 5 years of time for which the ground work is already started.
After obtaining an M. Tech degree in CSE, he worked as a faculty from 2005-08 in an Engineering college, with which he was not satisfied and he established Josh Edu Counsel in 2008, through which he guided and counselled almost all 5000 parents and students so far.
He is aggressive in his style of working, vigorous in pursuing his objectives and always committed to put all his energy and resources to work till the goal is achieved. He is courageous and works with utmost passion, honesty, dedication and integrity.
He is the Director of Sand Logic Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, a software company which works on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He gives due respect to all others around him possessing similar attitude.
He is a keen follower of Ramakrishna Philosophy and he always likes to involve himself with student academic and cultural activities which portrays tradition, values and national integrity. He is a devotee of Sri Satya Sai Baba, too. He is very much interested in sports and so he targeted himself to achieve medal in the veteran Olympics in the field of shooting.
He works round the clock with determination, dedication, discipline and devotion, and to him, “Work is Worship” and he believes in the words of his teacher and founder of the school, B.V. Subbaiah Residential School, where he studied his schooling from 6th to 10thclass -“The well-being of the society is the well being of the individual”.

Being a leader of NSUI following the aims and objectives of NSUI and Bharath Scouts and Guides, he worked with and among people in the disaster of Bhuj (Gujarat) earth quake in 2001 and in the Cyclone Hazard in Orissa 2001 floods.
